Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using GameServerStatus.net or the GameServerStatus Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
GameServerStatus provides a Discord bot that monitors game servers and posts live status embeds in Discord channels. The service is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Account
You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord).
4. Plans & Payments
The free plan allows monitoring of up to 3 game servers and 3 Discord outputs. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are available on a monthly subscription basis and are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Monitor servers you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Abuse, spam, or overload Discord channels
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity — without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of server status data, or uninterrupted delivery of Discord embeds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameServerStatus.net is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
