We do not store credit card numbers. All payment data is handled by Stripe.

- To send offline alerts to configured Discord channels
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

- Discord – authentication and bot functionality (Privacy Policy)

Data retention
Your data is stored as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days.
Game server status data (player counts, maps) is not permanently stored.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Discord support server.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged into the dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
